Terms & Conditions

These terms govern any project undertaken by 22studio ("we", "us", "our") for a client ("you"). By engaging us for a Landing Page, Full Website, or Custom project, you agree to the terms below.

Project Scope

The pages, features, and deliverables for your project are agreed before work begins, based on the package or custom scope discussed. Work outside that scope may require an updated quote.

Payment

Projects are typically invoiced with an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due on or before launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revision rounds are included as part of the design process. Extensive changes beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on project scope and how quickly feedback and content are provided. Delays in receiving content or approvals may extend the delivery date.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website files and content created specifically for you. Any third-party assets, plugins, or licensed tools remain subject to their own licence terms.

Hosting & Support

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support are available separately after launch and are not automatically included unless specified in your package.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-built websites, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your website, including third-party service outages beyond our control.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled partway through, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
